Where to mount HID ballasts?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Just wondering where does Infiniti mount their factory HID ballasts? Pictures would be very much appreciated.

Please refer to page 192 in the factory service manual located at http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/EX/2008/EXL.pdfThe ballast (HID Control Unit) is mounted to the bumper bracket within the headlight assembly.
