I'm guessing a fsm would be perfect for the job, but I'm not sure

on my DE its the same way, the FSM sais "for engines not equiped with engine slingers attach proper slingers and bolts described in parts catalog" so i guess that means you gotta go buy some lol.

Top left front and rear right of head is usually the best way to attach it. There are bolt holes there you can use.

i just loop it under the intake and exhaust manifolds. make sure its looped where you dont hit any fuel, vacuum, or electrical lines. ull crush them. but its not a fancy looping. the best way is to go over and under each plenum evenly, and then you'll be set.

the intake manifold bracket is a good place. On the other side, like everyone says the exhaust mani is the way to go. Just make sure your chain is good, or you'll be really, really sorry : P
