Hey, I was wondering where everyone got their bolts and studs for their exhaust manifold, turbo, and downpipe. Would a place like NAPA be good to get this kind of stuff? For the exhaust manifold, can I just use the stock mounting equipment or do I need to replace it? I just have to piece the little parts together in order to succesfully put this project in :) Thanks!

I suggest u buy those grade 8 bolt and nuts for the high temp application , plus please add washer. I used to use those Homedepot 38 cents bolts and nut , they fell off now and then, so I put a spring in it so make the nut not easy to came off ,just my idea thou. or thread locker should work.

use stainless for the exhaust, its worth the extra dollars to have ones that don't rust together.

Use stainless if you can. High grade will be fine too. I'd stick to the stock nuts for the manifold to head fasteners. If you're turbo is held to the manifold by nuts and bolts or studs aand nuts, use mechanical locknuts. The stick manifold to head bolts are mechanical compression locknuts. Heat treated spring washers will essentially become flat washers because of the heat and serrated washers tend to still allow looseneing, but takes longer. For any bolt only applications, use a safety wire.

at least use a double nut, too.. easier to get off. high temp thread lock might work, not sure if they make it hot enough?

I know of no threadlock that can withstand even close to the temperatures the turbo hardware will see.
