Where to get this size intercooler at??

I've looked everywhere trying to find something, only place that sounded like they could do it (based on website) was Spearco, but I'm afraid of the price I'll get. So I thought I'd ask here. This is with endtanks. 26"L x 16-18"H x 3"DThe bottom of the outlets (2.5 or 3"), minimum starting point must be 11.5" from the bottom of the intercooler. With the outlets themselves being around 1-2" in length. Help a brudda out if you can, if not what's a place to check out?Thanks.
