Well I'm sure it's not more then a pound maybe heavier, I mean I've lifted both and there's not a big difference. However, if you were going for pure lightweight and never planned to drive the car over anything but perfectly flat surfaces then fiberglass would be the best option, but if you bump it the **** will snap like that. I saw it happen to this guy who has a 99 eclispse gs (Generally Sucks) who had it lowered about 2 inches and had a fiberglass front bumper on it and was pulling out of sonic and bottomed out like a biatch and busted it all up, he had to get a new one. I found it rather humorous, seeing as how my friend with the gs-t has a urethane bumper and has bottomed out several times and hasn't cracked it yet, just scatched a ****load of paint off. His fiberglass z3 fenders are cracked to hell though, but that's another story. lol it seems when you buy an eclispse your I.Q. drops a few points.
