Is there a place/shop that specialize in painting wheels? I recently installed a black cf hood in my car and my rims just doesn't match with it. I want to convert my white ADR Stage II 17" rims to either gunmetal gray or just plain black. I only bought them for $200 brand new from a local guy so I don't mind spending a bit more to change the color. Plus, I'm getting really tired of cleaning the rims every week. Didn't realize how easy they get dirty.

Anyway, is there a place that does this or should I paint the rims myself?

You might want to do the prep work yourself and then take them to a body shop to have them sprayed and clear coated. If you've decided to go the 'rattle can' route, try to keep the area dust free and warm the paint can in a pan of warm water (about 85-90 degrees) before you spray. That will help the paint flow nicely and will give you a smooth finish. Use thin, multiple coats with plenty of time between coats for the finish to cure.
