I was looking around for the east bear conversion the other day and it said that the kit comes with lense covers for 2005. I dont know where to buy it with the lenses. If anyone could help me out that would be great.

thanks, Chris

Phase2motortrend's website is East Bear distributor. P2M also sponsors NICO!

I think http://www.clearcorners.com offers something of what your looking for. The price is freakin' ridiculous though. Just go with the sleepy eye's look...

I personally liked Veilside's fixed headlight look better. Too bad that's been discontinued.

Yeah I agree...Someone on here was or did that conversion by finding all the materials himself and creating it. I can't remember who that was, maybe he'll see this thread and give us an update.

doesnt look right on the car. the whole purpose of the 240 was to stick it with the jdm old school flips =) or the s13 projectors

From an engineering point of view I don't like flip ups. It is extra weight and complexity. Aesthetically though they just seem right on the car. I do not like the blunt-nosed appearance the Silvia lights give the 240SX, and the only fixed lights I have found that look good were the veilsides. I guess it is the two round lights sticking out of body color that turns me off about the East Bears. I know exactly what it is now, it reminds me too much of the Integra. The veilsides have more of a "baby 300ZX" look.

importfan sells a CF insert to achieve the Eastbear look. I think you're on your own for the wiring though. Veilside's kit is called ABFlug, sometimes referred to as Grim Lights... if you search hard enough, you might find a place that still has it in stock. I used to loathe the popups, but they have grown on me. You should check takakaira also, for a different variety of popup lights. I think heavythrottle or enjuku also carries the Eastbear kit. Good luck

HT does carry them. I also started out despising popups, but I have grown to like them too. At least the Nissan ones aren't so bad. I met someone with a Chrysler Conquest TSi (identical to Mitsubishi Starion ESi) and his popup motors were double the size of the Nissan's
