where to get tanny rebuild kits?

i need new syncros for third gear and i thought i might as well rebuild the thing i did i search, and i really did not find anything that helped with were i can get the kit from. also what gears will work i hear the z32 tt ones will work in the rb25, so will the z31 gears work in the rb20?
