where to get s14 SE hubs

I want to do the the 4 to 5 lug conversion on my '97. I plan on doing the 300ZX brake swap down the line, but where can I get some SE hubs for my base model S14. Are the hubs all that is required to do the 4 to 5 lug conversion?
