where to get rb25 turbo flanges

ive picked up a rb25 series 2 turbo nylon compressor/cermic turbine

Anyways i didnt come with the three bolt pipe?

And i also need afive bolt exhaust flange for it i want to jsut weld 3in pipe to it using external waste. Maybe my only option is to get a chunk of steel milled out...... i found gaskets....
