Avoid Nengun like the plague. He is one PIECE OF SH*T scam artist. Awhile back, a friend of mind placed a fairly large order through him and he ended up taking something like 7-8 months to get most of the stuff to him. in the end, there was also a substantial amount of stuff that was "lost" and that we never received (probably a good $1k worth of stuff). He should burn in hell for eternity as he never even attempted to fix the situation.

I have ordered from them twice now...the first time took about a month and a half, but the second order of $4000 only took like 3 weeks. They have done a lot of changes there as far as international shipping procedure, etc. I've never had a problem, but I could see your friend having a problem a while back because they seemed disorganized the first time I ordered.

i too had no problem ordering stuff from them. 1 of the things i ordered was the C's shifter. it was out of stock, i think he sent me 2 updated emails, and then re-imbursed my CC because he was very sorry he couldnt get me one. aparently now they are in stock, and i cant fit it in the budget... i would buy from them again personally.

ive placed a couple of orders from nengun and have nothing but good things to say. i do international shipping on a somewhat regular basis and I could def understand how things could go wrong once the product is placed in possession of the shipping company.

Maybe it has something to do with the size of the order. My friend ordered something like ~$10k worth of parts from him all at once and I believe he wire transferred to him. Anyways, I had only ever heard good things about him as well. That's why we ended up ordering from him. Either way, he screwed us over.
