Where to get cold pipe vacuum line?

I've searched for this. Not even sure what to call it, so my searches weren't successful at all. The vacuum line that runs from the cold pipe to the throttle body. Does anyone know where to get this? When I did my swap, I clamped 2 different size hoses together, and it looks like a**. Any help is appreciated.
