Where to get a manual transmission for conversion?

I'm thinking of converting my transmission from auto to manual. What's a good place to get the manual transmission? Would a junk yard be advisable? I read some posts listing parts to replace, but no info on where to get the actual transmission.

Ebay, junkyards, local speed shops...you can get the parts from any year S13 or S14 I think and it will work. They're not identical, but close enough to function. You could get a whole front clip and go SR at the same time!
