Where to find the following parts

hi fellas... i am from austria and will soon swap a rb25det into my s13... unfortunatley we dont have any skylines in austria, and therefore i would like to know where i can get these parts:

NEW water and oil pump - stockDENSO plugsUpgraded clutchIntake manifoldmetal HG

all other parts like FMIC, walbro etc.. i have...

i was doing some research on power outputs, but i would need a few more answers... how much can the rb25 be pushed with stock injectors ? how much HP can the stock turbo provide at what boost levels? where can i get a finished and programmed ECU used?

basically, what mods will i need to push 400-450 hp ?
