Where to find the best NA manual trans in Florida? Or anywhere?

I’m looking to buy a good manual transmission for my 1993 300zx. It’s the base model NA and I’m going to convert it from an auto to stick-shift. Please let me know if you know of any good companies or places I can get one. Z1 no longer sells them.
Also, I’m new to this. If anyone has ever converted a 300zx to manual please let me know of any secrets that you may have or things that you wish you knew before you did it, so that I can get back on the road as soon as possible. Tips that’ll make the job easier is what I mean. Common issues people run into and fixes haha.
