Where to find parts from germany

Hello to all,
I have a 1995 240sx base ka24de. I have just bought a pair of glass headlights from germany for 393.00 shipped. I am hopping that someone can tell me were to get the headlight controller parts for these headlights.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
