Anyone know what nissan car has the same lower injector insulator?

Its the seal where the injectors go into the manifold, its a thick o-ring.

The local nissan dealer was no help and would not let me look through their applications to find a match. This is all I need to get my car started.

Thanks,Daniel

take one of the good ones, like I suggested, to a NAPA or Advance Auto or soething like that...Kragan maybe...take it to them and ask if they have one to match.

Went to Oreilly, Napa, Autozone, Advanced, Nissan Dealer, Honda Dealer, Chevy Dealer, Toyota Dealer......

Every one of them is like "I've never seen anything like that before"..... tried for 300zx seal kits..... definitely only has o-rings for the actual injector....

So much for actually finishing my project...

One *****ing seal......

call an injector place and they can sell them too you. In fact most of the time when you get your injectors flowed/matched they will replaces those seals and give u new ones.

The SR for sure have the same injectors as the RB25, I have a friend who is using a set of RB25's on his SR20.

The SR is exactly the same...the injectors are interchangable.

Try the Sentra SE 2.0 or earlier SE-R injectors, see what you can do there

Nissan parts guy at dealership checked all of his insulators/seals with the 300zx having the same outer diameter but larger inside diameter.

Whether the injectors are the same or not is irrelevant at this point. The intake manifold casting for the insualtors is apparantly different size even for the same injector.

Here are the part numbers you might possibly need.

Insulator is 16635-78A00O-Ring is 16618-78A00Insulator is 16636-V5000

There are 2 insulators and I cant tell which is upper and which is lower....

Maybe that will help.

Jon, are those Jap market part numbers for r33 rb25det?

s13chuckat, the KA ones are small thin o-rings, not thick and tall like these... I did however check that right away.

have you even tryed to contact a US injector place?

If you wanted you could just send them an o-ring and they can match the right one and sell you a set of them...

That is the part number for the RB20 injectors that origionally came with your car. They are Jap numbers because they were never sold in America.
