so i should hopefully have some pennies saved up for this installation in the next few weeks (maybe months) and im trying to get the little things out of the way. My next thing up on my things to do list is the oil pan. Where did yall get your fitting for your oil pans? im looking in particular for a -10 AN fitting since that is the size of my oil return line but if something else can work please tell. any help would be greatly appreciated.

well i got the answer from jeff240sx so much thanks to his response. You need a 1/2" ID fitting which can be sourced from lowes or home depot. The threading needs to be internal and the fitting should be stainless steel so that rust plays no issue. I will also be using another fitting which converts the 1/2" to -10 AN. ill post up the info and prices on those things when i purchase them.

Taken from http://www.AmazonHose.com7032x is what you're looking for. 1/2" NPT female to female union. Mine was round (no hex in the center) and 316 stainless steel, but that's a generalized picture. Cost was $3.80. Since they're local, I had them cut the union in half, giving me two bungs essentially.

Then:The part there is C5205x, tube to male fitting. They sell that in -10AN to 1/2" NPT. Aluminum was $4.80 each, and the 316 stainless was $12.85 each.

They have 4 locations in FL and one in Chicago, but an online catalog, so I assume you can call up and ask for these specific parts and they'll ship them. -Jeff

well i received the pieces from amazon hose and now i need the fitting which pushes on the end of the oil return line so that the return line will basically screw into the oil pan. now i have found a fitting from paradgon performance which pushes into the end of the hose and makes it into the swivel female -10 AN at the end. that fitting costs about 8 bux. i have also heard that napa can crimp certain fittings onto these lines since my uncle uses napa to do his hydraulic hoses and things. anybody ever done this? anybody know any other places where i can get that fitting for the end of my oil return line?
