I picked up a 2001 Infiniti I30 this week and I'm wondering where I can find a factory service manual?

I just did this last week. Try this link and buy the one-day susbscription. you can download the pdf's and/or print hardcopies. www.nissan-techinfo.com/infiniti/ be sure to get all the TSBs while you are there.congrat on your new acquisition.
