WHERE TO DRIFT IN CA?

I Was wondering If anyone knows where to go drifting in california i live in the bay area and the only 2 tracks i knw of are infinion and idk if you can drift there or not and sacramento receway and thats only a drag strip so does anyone knw of a place where it is legal to drift and cops wont pull me over?

Any other places? It sux, I just dont have the cash to get into drifting events .... Thats why I try and look for abandon parking lots.

Hey theres a track opening up for drifting in Tracy called altamont raceway.Also thunderhill has drift events on occasion.

I was also just looking for people to drift with. I'm starting a team, Zealous Driftand have a few people but I'm just looking for more. Drifting's hella fun when you have tons of people.

i know of a few spots but they are in southern cali i've just started looking for new spots but the best one so far is up highway 38. there is a picnic area turn off like way into the mountain with a pretty good sized parking lot, big enough to practice wide donuts and figure 8's. you can go there at night and nobody will bug you. in fact its hard to go there when there isnt already people there because its such a popular spot. i mean dudes will bring cones and just leave them there for other people to practice and and they will be there for weeks untill they come back and get them. its pretty cool

street drifting is a no no keep it to the tracks! dont ruin it for us...

and on a reality note, dont give places out on the internet, cops roam around here too...

well i was referring to a parking lot at a late hour
