Where to buy used rims?

I wanna find some slightly used rims for my coupe because i have chrome 19's right now but i want some cheap ones that i can powder coat them black. any one know where i can find these? thanks for the help

craigslist? there's also a forum here in nico where people can advertise there stuff for sale. look for it.
