I can't answer your questions, but you might have to change the head unit. Perhaps you can contact one of the online Infiniti suppliers for advice, availability & pricing.

this must mean you can't get nav, because it only comes with nav. Are they selling you EX35s or EX37s there?

I have EX35 with Nav but no hard disk for media, just a 6 CD changer.

that must be a regional thing. NAV here in US all have HD. So I take it you have to put in a disc for NAV?
