where to buy!!! supermade flush mount kit?

looking to put HID's in the supermade/raceonusa flush mount kit...

not the EBAY look alike. who or where can i go to order them??? have searched this forum and the internet all morning? who has them?

how do i contact him??? looks like their website no longer exists and i emailed him but no response. so idk.... any other ideas?
