Where to buy SOHC build up materials

I plan on having my SOHC rebuilt. Its in decent working order right now, but i plan on having this car for awhile. I figured while i was in the process of rebuilding the Engine i might as well do some upgrades. I dont know how realistic a goal of 180-200 rwhp is without spending a retarded amount of money.First off, i know theres alot of rebuild kits but where can i purchase the "best" one for the money.Also, could i have recommendations, on what cams, pistons and what specs should i have my head worked to?I know there infos spread everywhere, but i hope you guys can help me, give me feed back and this could be a learning experience for me, and maybe some others that are just tuning into the n/a KA world.
