Welcome to NICO!!

I went with Motordyne for my spacer...excellent quality/instructions.

Here's a place to get the Skunk2... http://thmotorsports.com/skunk2/skunk2_ ... 56916.aspx

Should be good with that, look at the link provided above your last post for an even better price. That is also the largest spacer I have found and should create good flow. Just remember that due to the large height of the spacer you will not be able to use your stock engine cover and strut tower brace. Have a look at the one offered by ConceptZperformance.com, I just ordered their in-house spacer which is a little thinner than the S2 spacer and a little thicker than the others offered. Its also much cheaper and for something as simple as a plenum spacer I have no problem spending as little as possible. If you can wait a day or so to order I will let you know how the installation goes. If you dont care about the strut tower brace and engine cover then I would definitely snag the S2 spacer for that price.

If I remember correctly, the '06 doesn't need a spacer and won't gain anything from it. They fixed the air issue to the front cylinders after '05. Should be able to search and confirm on what year/model they fixed the issue.

I would think that any of the DE engined cars would see gains from this spacer, no? Even if the issue of the front cylinders getting less air was resloved in 06 you would still see gains from increased airflow into the plenum right? Perhaps not as drastic an improvement as seen in the 03-05 cars but an improvement none the less. Anyways, finished installing the CZP plenum spacer and Stillen Z tube yesterday on my 05...Wow! What a difference and its especially noticeable in off-the-line and peak RPM power bands. The engine feels like its really able to beathe now, and where as before it would never come on the traction control now lights up on hard launches(my car is AT so every launch is the same pretty much). Money well spent I would say, next will be the lightened Unorthadox Racing pulleys and then on to the exhaust system.

06 Coupes still benefit from a spacer. Pretty sure that the 08 G37 Coupe fixed the issue.
