Where to buy new wheels

Can anyone direct me to a good play to buy some new wheels. Should i just goto a local area maybe pepboys or should i buy them online? I have the stock 15s on my Versa S right now was think about getting 16' or 17' wheels so i guess i would have to get new tires as well. I have the stock wheels on now but i just painted the hubcaps black looks good but i think i could upgrade now so was looking for a good place to start. I dont know what type of brand is good for the wheels or what type tires either. I plan to drop the car too so dont know if that comes in play with the wheels.
