Where to buy new Rims + tires?

Ok, I'm not trying to spam the forums, but, the very first purchase I want to make for my car are some 18" rims and tires. Unfortunately this being my first car (that I own), and that I am a noob, I have no clue where to look.

Anyone know of reputable vendors online etc.?

19's look better on our altimas since they are quite larger cars.

i got 19s on mine and its almost not big enough.. i would recommend forking out the extra couple bills and just spring for the 19s instead.

tirerack is always a good place to go. and u can get packages where they include tires with the wheels. if u go to ebay tho and get wheels or off forums u can always just go to discount tire and get some nice tires for relatively cheap. and with the road hazard warranty taht rocks

Regardless I found these rims and I love the style, anyone have suggestions on tire manufacturers etc?

Unfortunately tirerack.com had them for 89$ but they were sold out
