hey im in the market to buy a black top s13 front clip and the only jdm importers i have really com across are in cali and since i live in rhode island they are trying to rape me on shipping on place quoted me 1200 and that was to a business. so any help would be great even if its a reputable place in canada on the eastern side just because im not looking to spend the same amount on shipping as the engine. Thanks in advance for any help

Cool...didn't realize Jhot was in Augusta, GA. I have family that lives really close to Augusta. I'll have to run by there next time I go down there.

It's Japanese star motors. They are decent. Price is good when you consider shipping is free.

My brother bought a SR from them and wasn't very happy with them.. harness was cut, upper oil pan was dented and leaked, water neck was broken, etc.. A few of those issues were correct and a few were not. Service was slow and unreliable..

I won't tell anyone not to go through them because in the end, the motor is running and in nice shape.. but I'd tell people to go to JHOT or others first. You really have to place a lot of value in service when it comes to motor swaps.
