Im running the same ones Rick and Dave are running.NGK coppers: part# BKR7E-11They cost something like $2 each whereas platinums cost like $10 each.I got mine from Advance Auto Parts. Auto Zone couldnt get them and NAPA would have taken a week for special delivery. Advance Auto Zone had them the next morning for me.Cheap, easy to get.The only disadvantage of copper plugs is that they dont last as longs as platinums or iridiums. I think people tend to replace the coppers every 10-15 thousand miles but at least they dont cost much at all.

If you don't mind a small wait, PDM Racing has NGK iridium plugs for fairly cheap. Even in a 7 heat range. It doesn't look like he stocks the copper ones, but he might be able to get them...

Aren't z32 300zx twin-turbo plugs the 7 heat range. I could've sworn that was true.

Our shop gets em from pepboys.... NAPA can get em too (BKR7E-11 or BCP7ES, both have worked good for me), but take about a day to order most of the time.

Make sure to use a little bit of the gasket goop to get a good seal around the plugs.
