Where to attach Amplifier Ground Cable in the trunk of a 97 maxima

I recently installed a 1000 watt sub amp in the trunk of my 97 Maxima. I need a good place to ground out the amp. I currently have it attached to the bolt where the spare tire jack is stored near the passenger side rear quarter panel. I don't know if this is a good place and would like suggestions.

Also if anyone has suggestions on where to mount the amp that'd be great

any where under the carpet is good for the ground,be sure to sand the paint off though for a good connection. just mount the amp on the box
