where the hell is the HORN wirE??!?!

Hi i just bought a 180sx and i m trying to find the wiring for the Horn because i need it to pass Vehicle inspection.

I cannot find it anywhere to connect to my aftermarket wheels

also my driver side window is not working. I press up and down, all it did was click. Is it the switch or the window motor??

Thanks I need to get this car to inspection in 30 days or this car will be gone forever.

Holy s*** that's a rat's nest if I've ever seen one. Good luck with that. The horn switch is a Green/White wire, though. As for the window; one way you can test it is to put a multimeter into the leads for the motor and see if depressing the switch causes any current to flow through. If it does, then the motor's bad. If it doesn't, then the switch is bad.
