Wow. I didn't realize it had been almost a year since my last post.

I've been lurking (somewhat) and still own my Versa. I recently had a change in work and my commute sucks even worse now (about 85 miles each way). For those of you familiar with Southern California, I now drive from the Riverside area to San Ysidro (the US/Mexico border) at least 5 days a week. Nothing like racking up those miles in a hurry!

Anyway, I'm back now.

The V is doing great. Other than a little battle damage from the commute (door dings and some rock chips).

I had a little scare a while back when I started having a bunch of electrical and computer issues. The CVT wouldn't respond, the spedometer stopped working, the dome light turned on and finally the throttle stopped responding (would only travel at idle speeds).

It turned out I had a leak in the windshield seal and it was leaking down behind the dash and onto the ECU, causing all of the problems. Got it fixed and haven't had any problems since.

Sweet! I am actually thinking of purchasing another one. It's amazing how much of a MPG difference I noticed with it in place. I don't know if that's because of my driving habbits or what.

And no, I didn't crawl out of a grave. But I did get married recently... does that count?

Where exactly in the SFV? Are you guys meeting up first somewhere? That's kind of a bad week for me but I'll see if I can make it.
