I have an almost-bare VK longblock from an '05 Q. Where is the best place to find everything I'm going to need, from intake and exhaust manifolds to injectors and fuel rails to accessory bracketry, I need it all, and an '05 Q isn't exactly something Pull-A-Part keeps a stock of.

Any advice is much appreciated.

Unless you find a cheap ebay or junkyard engine, you're in for some serious cash for factory parts. Not sure of the inter-changability of VH parts with it but if it were me I would look at rebuilding a VH45 instead of trying to piece together a VK. Granted the VK is a little more efficient but as for the dollar per HP ratio the VH is a way better deal at the current state of upgrades available for each engine.

Get in touch with Tecni here on the boards. He mentioned he has engine...not sure if he'll sell parts?

A lot of the VK stuff is crap anyway, I might just do everything from scratch.
