i had nitrous on my honda and used the defrost switch to arm it.there's nothing special about the red one,any existing switch will do.or any switch for an accessory you don't have works well too.just by the switch from the dealer and wire power to one leg of it,nitrous to the other.

inside the center console or glovebox works great if you're trying to hide it ;)

I bought a nice billet lighter and am using that as my nitrous button. I have a hidden switch inside my centre armrest that can switch it back and forth from being a regular lighter and a on/off switch for my nitrous.

I was missing one of the options on my s13 center console so there was a blank plate. Drilled it and installed the switch there horizontally. I also think that inside the console storage bin is a good idea. I've got my electric fan switch in there. (Thinking about switching the two around.)

I would recommend using the MSD "rpm activated window switch" or something like it to trigger the system. I don't see how people do it with the old look at the tach and then go WOT way. Seems unsafe to look down more often while boosting.
