Alright, I was on Limewire, and they have a pretty good selection. I downloaded a 23min jungle thing that left me with swelling, But here are my questions. #1 Has anyone every heard of Binary Finary? I don't know if it's an artist, album, track or what. #2 Where do you get your mp3? Limewire is pretty good, but a little disorganized. Where do you get yours?

after morpheus degraded into pure crap and the demise of my high speed connection i quit. but after talking to several people none of them have found an acceptable replacement for morpheus. as you said, it's all disorganized. i listen to trance but it's on the internet radio channels or what's either at a club or on the digital cable music channels. trance(any techno for that matter) is hard to learn who's who so even if i have heard binary finary before i might not even know it. :(if you can i would suggest getting in some ftp rings and share that way. much simpler and quicker!

Thanks for your help guys, I'll show my gratitude with some advice. #1 if you're interested in Limewire, buy the Por, 9.95 and no popups, spyware, or adware. #2 Altered States V.2 Great discs. #3 Check out Theivery Corporation, Paul Van Dyke, and Narcotic Thrust. #4 If you're interested, in my search to find the answer to this question, I stumbled on a site called tranceaddict.com. The forums are on vbulletin, so they're pretty familiar. It does take a bit of time to get registered though.

I haven't been able to get kazaa lite, that site was down forever, is it back up? also, with all that access that you have, one has to wonder, how can I be down?

i like paul van dyke. You may want to check out John Oakenfold and Safri Duo if you like Trance. There are different sytles of electronica that you should check out. There is House, Drum and Bass, Break Beat, Jungle, Dance, Progressive and Techno.

Here is a list of my fav bandsAzido Da BassTimo MassDaft Punk (retro)Sasha and Digweed- :bowdown John Digweed

Felix the House Kat- (retro) I am still trying to get "Silver Screen Shower Scene" out of my soul! I have this disc in my car and when I need to hit it in the WRX and run 13lb of boost, this song is always playing. It kicks like a mule and so does the WRX.

BT (Brian Trance)RöyksoppWho Da Funk- try Shiney Disco BallsLuke SlaterMiss KittinUnderworldFC Kahuna- try Machine Says YesGorillaz <-- just plain weird peopleCharles FeelgoodDJ DanNorman Cook AKA Fat Boy SlimBanco De GiaThe Basement Jaxx

I could go on and on. Try these, if you find something new, let me know.

I usually use KaZaA or WinMX. I have used FTP before to move files back and forth and I am also on mIRC, but I have yet to use either to thier full potential.

Industrial has been forgotten, but I suppose it would be hair-splitting.

binary finary is a group and paul van dyk helps them out with some of their tracks. the most famous binary finary track is called 1998 and has numerous remixes. 2000 is also a good track and you should check out the Jam-X & DeLeon remix of that tune.

I finally got my mp3 player, computer, and everything to cooperate somewhat. DLed Paul Oakenfold's Tranceport last night and still haven't been able to get the astounded look off my face. Lie, Cheat, Steal, Beg, Pimp out your neighbors cat, but do whatever you have to do to get your mitts on that disc. Great stuff.
