Where's the best place to buy a GReddy sp2 for 2007 M35 Sport

The cheapest I found was about $914.00 not including shipping. Also curious about a performance chip. Does anyone have one installed in their M and if so have you had any dealership warranty problems? I know that if the chip didn't cause the problem then the dealership will fix it. I'm more curious if it causes more issues mechanically then it's worth.
