Great win by the Tide... Good to see the media darlings in Florida getting wrecked by some good old-fashioned smashmouth football.

Bring on Texas - I predict McCoy's backup will be taking snaps by halftime.

ROLL TIDE!!!

This is a very interesting matchup.

Alabama is a smash-mouth run between the tackles team, and the Longhorns are very VERY good at stopping the run.

The only question I have is how well Alabama can get to McCoy, and how well Texas O-line can protect him. Texas showed a huge weakness on Sat against the Cornhuskers, but to Texas's credit, that Nebraska front four is the best in football, so it's not saying that Texas is that bad at pass protection, but Alabamas D is no slouch either, and will probably get to Colt plenty of times

My heart wants Texas to win, but Alabama will win 30-13, and will do so with the 2009 Heisman trophy winner in the backfield (even though I disagree)

Bama wins 28-17 Ingram rushes for 130 and SEC rules the college game again.

Congrats. to The Alabama on their National Championship!!! Texas did show some fight and tried to make a game of it, but in the end the SEC rules football again.

The SEC got some stiff competition in the Bowl games this year and aside from Ala. and Florida the rest of the conference was pretty much run of the mill.

Creepy Nostradam... uh, I mean Greg.

I expected Bama to beat them worse. I expected Tide to win by atleast 14 with McCoy taking all the snaps but with the back-up in there for most of the game they only one by 16...

Good work this year Bama

PS: the last 5 National Championships have gone to SEC schools

There is HS football, then there is College football, SEC football and finally the NFL.

War Eagle. That's all I have to say about that. I had no idea the CEO of NICO Club was a Bama fan... That just sucks.
