I was wondering where everyone's CAS is at as far as its adjustment range. My timing is at 15 degrees via FSM (rev, disconnect TPS, etc...) and verified by timing light at rear loop and #1 coil pack (gives same reading). The weird thing though is that in order to get 15 degrees the CAS is turned as far clockwise as the adjustment range allows. Car runs fine but shouldn't the CAS be in the middle of it range. Should I restab the CAS?

At driftshowoff I heard Koguchi (via translator) asking Chris Forseberg about the same thing because his was the same way but Chris said it was dead on at 16 degrees. I would take both those guys' word on something like that so who is correct?

I found I couldn't get an accurate reading from the black loop or the #1 coilpack wire. Try running a spark plug wire from the bottom of the coil pack to the spark plug and clip your light on to that. I bet the timing would read differently then. I finally got my timing set correctly like this.
