Where is the turn signal flasher on 2000 Sentra GXE 1.8L?

Did you check the FSM? Here at NICO, we have Factory Service Manuals available free to members. Take a look at the link in my signature and find the FSM for your car.

I could not find detailed instructions in the FSM on how to change the relay. I might not have looked on the right page. If it's there, I did not see it.

I took the steel brace under the steering column off and finally found it.

Now my question is, How do you go about getting it apart without breaking anything. I can just barely touch it with one finger.

Do I pull down on the plug?

Does the flasher pop out somehow?

Do I push up on the flasher?

It looks like it may pop into the piece of steel it is next to.

Do I try to get a long screwdriver in there and pry it away from the steel?

I don't want to break anything by going about it bass ackwards

Are there any little tabs that have to be pried or anything?

Found out it's much easier to also pull the trim under the radio.

There are 2 small black tabs that need to be popped to remove the OEM flasher.

If you wedge a screwdriver in between the steel and the Relay, it easily pops off to get it where you can change the flashers
