Where is the thread with a how-to-install Stillen lip kit?

I remember seeing a how-to-install the lips. I remember him taking the bumper off and drilling some holes and using some special bolts to hold it securely. I can't find it on these forums.Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Stillen has a brief description of how to do it on their website...but it is all to difficult and you should give it up and send me that lip for saving you the time and effort

I already have theirs, but someone on here posted a thread on how to reinforce it further than how Stillen instructed.
