if i set the temp to 60 its blowing like 76*, but if i set the temp up to 90 it still blows 76*. there is no temperature change so i im needing to check to see if this door is working properly, but have no clue as to where it is located in the dash.

You would think 76 degrees would feel amazing compared to 105...
Dane hasn't been able to figure out the problem either? I would think he would.

yea we've tried changing the a/c computer because we cant get it to read on one of his programs on his computer, but that didnt work.. then we tried replacing the cabin sensor.. recharged the system with R12, dropped the temp from 80 to 76, pressure is all good. just trying one think at a time, but i have a feeling ill have to rip the dash out...

THere is a way to do the climate control diagnostics to see if the doors are working properly. Just look it up on TT.net very simple to do and you dont have to remove the dash.

I actually ended up ripping apart the dash a bit ago to get to the heater fan.. it actually wasn't all that bad, and it all went together perfectly fine when I was done. I spent maybe 1.5 hours total pulling it apart and getting it back together. GL with the fix; I hope for your sake it turns out to be something simple and inexpensive.
