Where is the RH kick panel ????

I am trying to do my own diagnostic code work on a 1995 q45t, and you can tell I am a novice, where the heck is the RH kick panel ??

I am willing to do any work, i just need help starting, please answer very plain language, I am not dumb, just a beginner.

Sit in the passenger seat and stretch your feet out. Where your right little toe touches there will be about a 1" square of carpet to pull back covering a 10mm nut. You've found one corner of the RH kick panel. The other corner ends just under the forward end of the door sill trim and the third edge is just under the trim below the glove box.

Search Q45.org, sure there is a pictoral. It would help you immensely if you are not experienced mechanically.
