Where is the relay for the Rear Window Defogger on 06 Altima

Hi, I'm trying to find where the relay is so I can see if this is why the rear window defogger doesn't work. I found both 20A fuses in the engine compartment are fine and the indicator light does come on when the switch is pressed.

Any help would be appreciated since this isn't mentioned in the owner's manual.

Thanks for all the information... it's great but I would love for someway to say exactly where the relay is. I've been under the dash looking for it and I still can't seem to find it. I can hear it click on and off but I still can't get my hand on it. Knowing that it's clicking tells me the relay is engaging but I suspect a contact may be bad. Won't know until I can get to it.. it's not winter anymore so plenty of time to find out.
