where is the rear package shelf on an s14?

in the frequently asked question , there is a section on how to bypass the factory remote mounted amp in a 95+ se model. in the FAQ, http://www.240sx.org/faq/artic...s.htm , the amp is located in the rear package shelf. i have no idea where the rear package shelf is.......can someone point me to where it is
