Where is the rear parking brake pads located on a 95 Q45.

They are not pads. They are shoes.

Take off a rear tire and look at the disc brake rotor. The round portion sticking out at you is the "drum" that the brake shoes push against.

yep.. the rears have pads as well as "drums"

And to anticipate something else.... those shoes should almost never wear out unless you're actually using them for braking - or leave the parking brake set. However, I have had the brake cable stretch causing me to have to push the e-brake pedal down almost to the floor to engage properly. There is an adjustment under the car where the one cable "y's" off to either brake drum.

And there is an adjustment wheel on each drum.
