I wasn't making that statement on my own, the HRC (Human Rights Comittee) declared the FRC to be a "hate group" just days before this incident. I dont agree with the statement in any way, I was just being coy.

Well, some in the government might, but the lawyers don't. It's a defined term, and it's possible that this was an act of terrorism (the use of violence or the use of threats of violence for political gain). I tend to agree, though, that he was probably just a crazy person with a gun.
