where is the idle speed compensator on VG30 carburetor?

hi guys. newbee on this forum. hopefully someone here will help me find the idle speed compensator on my VG30 engine. the problem is when i turn on the a/c, the idle goes down, when it should be going up. after reading some reaserches, it MAY be the idle speed compensator is the culprit but i do not know where it is located. my vg30 has an electro injected carburetor. please help me.

That is a throttle body type of fuel injection. No carb there.
There are 2 solenoids on the outside of the throttle body that open in response to signals from the AC system and loads on the PS system.
One should make a click when the AC is turned on. If not, see if power and ground are at the connector. If not, get a diagram and work your way back and see what's missing.
