Where is the fuel pump Fuse?

I have the fuel filter on the way from everything infiniti and I need to change this next week. Is the fuse easy to get to? 1996 Q45

Right there in front of your left knee as you sit in drivers seat.

FSM says Fuse #3 - 15Amp.

You could also just go in the trunk and unplug the FPCU or the relay. Fuse is probably easier.
