I have a haynes book but what it shows in the book looks nothing like the top of my motor. I guess that pic was taken off of an earlier model. I'm guessing it's under the intake plenum on take of the lower intake manifold but i'm hoping i'm wrong... If you could please give me some kind of information about this or at least link me to a page to where i can see the diagram i would be in debt. So far i havn't been able to find it so i'm hoping i don't have to take the plenum off once again because i just replaced the knock sensor two months ago... If i do remember right though i think i remember unhooking the vac hose from the plenum that runs to the egr valve. IMO the design of the 3.3. motor is very crappy because the most important parts are shoved underneath the intakes!!!!!!!!!! Well let me revise that.. " The parts that go out the most " ARE shoved under the intake...

well i have no idea really... never worked on the 3.3 but i feel it would be easy enough to find if you can find the EGR tube then follow it back... newer engines like cramming stuff in odd places for sure tho

well like i said the only thing i have to really go off of is the haynes book and it's wrong from what i can see. I did find the solenoid on the right side of the motor on the driver side fender wall but i havn't been able to locate the egr valve. It seems like they would have put in close to the throttle body but no avail. I don't wana rip out the intake plenum just on a guess that it's in there
