where is the coolant bleeder valve

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

title says it.

ive been looking around the FSM for a while and couldnt find it. i think i have some air in the system and have the car up on ramps with radiator and resevoir cap off running right now. cant find the bleeder valve though

Top of the water inlet... Near left-front of valve cover. 10mm bolt on top of a flat machined surface on the head. Usually has a gold sticker near it, about the size of a thumbnail.

YES i know this thread is VERY old but i went to remove mine and it snapped. Half came out the other half stayed in. I was able to get it out with my extractor kit but nobody here locally knows what threading that is.I need to know if possible what threading size that bolt is other than its a 10mm head...Ace hardware has some adaptors that are M16, M14, M12 and M10.. not even sure if those come close.. hehe

M6x1.0. Its really small but air/water separater tanks usually help in bleeding coolant.
